ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with sales teams to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status, project updates, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to meet both client and company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and drive value-added solutions.
- Provide proactive account management by anticipating potential issues and taking preemptive action to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop client-specific marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
