AI Masterclass — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the AI Masterclass (the "Workshop") organized by Progbiz.io ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering for and attending this Workshop you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration & Access

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
Access details (Zoom/meeting link) will be shared via email after registration.
The access link is personal and non-transferable. Sharing is prohibited.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in advance to confirm your seat.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or circumstances.
If the Workshop is canceled by Progbiz.io, participants will be offered either a rescheduled date or access to a future Workshop of equal value.

4. Workshop Content

The Workshop is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Progbiz.io reserves the right to modify Workshop content, schedule, or facilitator if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the Workshop (slides, recordings, guides, templates, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Progbiz.io. Participants may use materials for personal learning only and may not distribute, reproduce, or resell without prior written consent.

6. Recording & Privacy

Progbiz.io may record the Workshop for internal or promotional purposes. By attending you consent to being recorded.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, keep your camera off and refrain from speaking during recorded sessions.
Participant information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Workshop without notice or compensation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Progbiz.io is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end (internet, devices). We make no guarantees regarding outcomes from applying Workshop content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in your city of residence in India.
