Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all inbound leads in the company CRM
- Ensure every lead is properly assigned, tagged, and tracked
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand basic client requirements
- Schedule meetings for senior sales team
- Follow up consistently on open leads as per defined process
- Maintain accurate communication records inside CRM
- Generate daily and weekly lead status reports
- Ensure no lead is left unattended or untracked
- Coordinate internally between sales and marketing teams
Required Skills:
- 0–1 year experience in sales, tele-calling, or CRM operations
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Comfortable making follow-up calls
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to learn CRM software quickly
