Key Responsibilities:

  • - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • - Handle lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns end to end
  • - Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • - Set up and manage pixels, events, and conversion tracking
  • - Work with Google Tag Manager and Analytics for tracking validation
  • - Manage and optimize WhatsApp and lead-based funnels
  • - Identify performance issues and take corrective action
  • - Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
  • - Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights

Mandatory Requirements:

  • - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • - Proven experience handling, Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns, WhatsApp-based or form-based lead funnels
  • - Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel & event setup across platforms
  • - Strong understanding of campaign objectives and optimization logic
  • - Ability to analyze data and improve results independently
