Key Responsibilities:
- - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- - Handle lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns end to end
- - Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- - Set up and manage pixels, events, and conversion tracking
- - Work with Google Tag Manager and Analytics for tracking validation
- - Manage and optimize WhatsApp and lead-based funnels
- - Identify performance issues and take corrective action
- - Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- - Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights
Mandatory Requirements:
- - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- - Proven experience handling, Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns, WhatsApp-based or form-based lead funnels
- - Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel & event setup across platforms
- - Strong understanding of campaign objectives and optimization logic
- - Ability to analyze data and improve results independently
