HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handling employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Managing employee performance appraisal processes and facilitating feedback sessions between managers and employees.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the organization of employee training and development programs.
  • Managing benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Supporting HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the technology industry or IT services sector.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
