HR MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Administering various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinating recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of necessary paperwork.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handling employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Managing employee performance appraisal processes and facilitating feedback sessions between managers and employees.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in the organization of employee training and development programs.
- Managing benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Supporting HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the technology industry or IT services sector.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
