Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Sales Executive who can efficiently manage inbound leads, ensure proper follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records. We are open to multiple hiring options including Freelancers, Remote Employees, and Permanent Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all inbound leads in the company CRM
- Ensure leads are properly assigned, tagged, and tracked
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements
- Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Follow up consistently on open leads
- Maintain accurate communication records inside CRM
- Generate daily and weekly lead status reports
- Ensure no lead is left unattended or untracked
- Coordinate between sales and marketing teams
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or CRM operations
- Understanding of sales processes
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Comfortable making follow-up calls
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
