Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can efficiently manage inbound leads, ensure proper follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records. We are open to multiple hiring options including Freelancers, Remote Employees, and Permanent Team Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update all inbound leads in the company CRM
  • Ensure leads are properly assigned, tagged, and tracked
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements
  • Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Follow up consistently on open leads
  • Maintain accurate communication records inside CRM
  • Generate daily and weekly lead status reports
  • Ensure no lead is left unattended or untracked
  • Coordinate between sales and marketing teams

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or CRM operations
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
