Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy
  • Develop creative strategies for brand campaigns across social media, paid ads, video and offline marketing.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content directions for client brands.
  • Translate business goals into clear campaign ideas.
  • Creative Direction
  • Guide designers, copywriters, motion graphic artists, and video teams with clear creative direction.
  • Create campaign concepts, hooks, storytelling angles, and content themes.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling
  • Content Planning
  • Build structured content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Plan reels, ads, carousels, brand videos and marketing creatives.
  • Develop ideas that work across platforms like Instagram, Facebook,
  • YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Market & Competitor Insights
  • Research industry trends, competitors and audience behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to make brands stand out.
  • Collaboration
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming and creative reviews.
  • Coordinate with production teams for video shoots and creative execution.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to align creative strategy with paid campaigns.
  • Performance Thinking
  • Analyze campaign performance and refine creative strategy accordingly.
  • Continuously test new formats, hooks and storytelling approaches.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in social media strategy, creative strategy or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, branding and campaign planning
  • Ability to turn business goals into clear creative ideas
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters and video teams
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and digital content trends
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Understanding of viral content formats and attention hooks
  • Experience planning video-first campaigns
  • Knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics.
