Role Overview:
- We're looking for a people-first HR professional to join our team and take ownership of employee relations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing tech and AI company.
What you'll own:
- Employee relations — be the trusted point of contact for people concerns and grievances
- Conflict management — mediate disputes and lead workplace investigations fairly and thoroughly
- People management support — coach managers on feedback, performance, and team dynamics
- HR operations — policies, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HRIS management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong ER case management and conflict resolution experience
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Comfort working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
