Role Overview:

We're looking for a people-first HR professional to join our team and take ownership of employee relations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing tech and AI company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee relations — be the trusted point of contact for people concerns and grievances
  • Conflict management — mediate disputes and lead workplace investigations fairly and thoroughly
  • People management support — coach managers on feedback, performance, and team dynamics
  • HR operations — policies, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HRIS management

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • Strong ER case management and conflict resolution experience
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
