Job summary:

  • We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Drive sales and revenue for Shopify/eCommerce stores
  • Experience with managing Shopify projects
  • Experience with tracking tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing, automation, and productivity
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and ad formats based on business goals.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets efficiently to meet KPIs.
  • Coordinate with creative team for high-converting ad assets

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Make data-backed optimizations to improve campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze audience behavior, funnel performance, and attribution data.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Coordinate with web/landing page teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
