Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creative thinking ability, and experience handling multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for digital and print media
- Develop branding concepts and maintain brand consistency across projects
- Design social media creatives, campaign materials, packaging, and print materials
- Handle print and packaging design with proper production knowledge
- Work closely with marketing, content, and management team
- Understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients when required and handle feedback professionally
- Support junior designers and maintain senior-level professionalism in task handling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop ,Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge and practical usage of AI tools
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
- Good typography, colour theory, and layout skills
- Experience in print production and packaging design
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability
