Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
  • Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and short videos
  • Write engaging captions and basic ad copies
  • Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement
  • Work with designers and trainers to develop educational and promotional content
  • Track performance and prepare simple reports (reach, engagement, leads)
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
  • Support lead generation campaigns and promotions

Required Skills:

  • 0-1 year of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
  • Good content writing and captioning skills
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (boosting posts, engagement ads, lead ads)
  • Ability to analyse insights and improve content performance
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

  • Experience handling education or training institute accounts
  • Basic video editing (Reels / Shorts)
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content ideas and captions
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing basics
