Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Social Media Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end social media project execution, content planning, internal coordination, and client communication.
  • This role is focused on operational excellence, workflow management, quality control, and ensuring smooth collaboration between creative, production, and marketing teams.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience, project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts with ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily social media operations across multiple client accounts
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Ensure timely execution of content deliverables
  • Track project progress and maintain workflow consistency

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams including:
  • ○ Graphic Design
  • ○ Video Production
  • ○ Content Team
  • ○ Performance Marketing Team
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prevent overdue tasks and workflow bottlenecks

Client Communication:

  • Coordinate directly with clients for approvals, updates, revisions, and deliverables
  • Maintain professional and timely communication
  • Ensure clarity between client expectations and internal execution

Quality Control:

  • Review deliverables before sharing with clients
  • Ensure accuracy in captions, creatives, branding, formatting, and content quality
  • Identify and correct mistakes before final delivery

Workflow & Reporting:

  • Maintain proper task updates and project documentation
  • Ensure all team members follow workflow standards
  • Prepare regular project status updates and progress reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, operations, or client servicing
  • Strong experience handling multiple social media projects simultaneously
  • Prior agency experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of social media content workflows
  • Experience using project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
  • Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team coordination effectively
  • High attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
