Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support for ERP application users
- Handle customer support primarily via WhatsApp and phone call
- Communicate effectively with users in Malayalam and English
- Understand ERP modules and business workflows to assist users effectively
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot application-related issues
- Validate information using application screens, reports, and available logs
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting Meta (Facebook) Lead Form integrations with the ERP system
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements
- Verify fixes and confirm issue resolution with users
- Maintain basic records of issues, resolutions, and frequently reported queries
Required Skills :
- Basic understanding of software applications and business workflows
- Strong logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal communication skills (phone and WhatsApp support is primary)
- Basic written communication skills
- Willingness to learn ERP functionality and domain processes
Language Proficiency :
- Malayalam: Fluent verbal communication (primary support language)
- English: Good verbal and written communication
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
- Exposure to ERP systems or application support
- Understanding of how data flows across modules in business applications
- Basic understanding of third-party integrations such as Meta/Facebook Lead Forms
- Prior experience handling customer queries or application support
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in technical support, ERP support, or application support
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or internships may also apply
