OverviewSunstars Movers needed a way to manage moving jobs across seven emirates without losing track of bookings, staff, or payments. The goal was one app that could replace scattered spreadsheets with a single system built to run the whole operation.
The ChallengeSunstars Movers ran their scheduling, employee tracking, and job records through Excel sheets. Data lived in separate files with no central system, making it hard to track moving status, coordinate employee schedules, or keep payroll accurate as the business grew.
Our ApproachWe mapped the entire moving process, from the moment an order comes in to the moment a job is closed out. Every step needed to be visible to the team and easy to act on, so employee schedules, customer communication, and payment tracking all needed to move off spreadsheets and into one connected system on the server.
The SolutionWe built an app that replaces scattered Excel sheets with one centralized system on the server. Sunstars can now schedule and manage employee jobs, track moving status in real time, and check remaining boxes for each move. The app automates employee payroll, handles customer communication and notifications, and gives the team account management tools, all backed by data stored securely on the server instead of spreadsheets.
