The ChallengeManaging membership applications without a dedicated system made it hard for administrators to track who had applied, where each application stood, and when a decision had been made. Applicants had no clear way to check their status, and approvals depended on manual follow-up rather than a visible process.
Our ApproachWe built around two users at once: the applicant who needs to know where their application stands, and the administrator who needs to review and act on it quickly. That meant real-time tracking for one side and a fast, single-tap approval workflow for the other, with notifications tying the two together the moment a decision is made.
